1.Shipping of the goods
1.1. Dr. Licht GmbH will ship the ordered goods as soon as possible.
1.2. If, after conclusion of the contract, Dr. Licht GmbH finds out that
the ordered goods are no longer available or can not be supplied for
legal reasons, Dr. Licht GmbH may either offer an equivalent product in
quality and price or rescind the contract. The provisions of
Sections 434 (3), 475 (1) BGB shall apply. Dr. Licht GmbH will
immediately notify the customer of the non-availability.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
1.3. We are entitled to partial deliveries of separately usable goods.
We bear the costs of the additional shippments.
1.4. Large and bulky goods are delivered by a forwarding company.
The forwarding company delivers the goods only to the first step or
to the first lockable door at the delivery address of the customer.
1.5. It is also possible to pick up the goods during our business
hours in Nuembrecht.
1.6. Within Germany, the order typically will be delivered to the customer
within 1-3 working days (deliveries with a forwarding company after 2-5 working days).
For deliveries in remote areas (eg islands), or for bulky items, this transit
time can be extended by up to 7 days.
2. Shipping, insurance and passing of risk
2.1. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we determine the appropriate method
of delivery and the transport company at our discretion.
2.2. We are only responsible for the timely, proper delivery of the goods
to the carrier and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
A delivery time, which may be mentioned on the website of Dr. Licht GmbH,
is therefore not binding.
2.3. If the customer is the consumer, the risk of accidental loss,
accidental damage or accidental loss of the delivered goods shall pass
to the customer at the time when the goods are delivered to the customer
or the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases, the risk
is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the transport company.
2.4. We will insure the goods against the usual transport risks at our expense.
2.5. The customer can see the shipping costs incurred before the order is completed.
